Guaranty for American electronic roulette and gambling machines is 1 year. Upon expiration of the given guaranty we provide post-guaranty support and service.

In case of any fault-in-equipment-operation appearance the customer has to inform LOT company authorized persons on site or to the below indicated contact phones.

If your gambling hall is removed to another place our specialists for an additional payment will perform a roulette disassembling/assembling. The guaranty conditions herewith are valid. If the roulette disassembling and transporting is performed by forces of the customer then the guaranty conditions are lost.
